Cancer survivors are a growing population worldwide [1]. In the US, the number of cancer survivors is projected to increase approximately 30% in the next decade; a total number of cancer survivors exceeds 22 million by 2030 [2]. The most prevalent cancers are prostate cancer with 97.8% 5-year survival rate in men, and breast cancer with 90% 5-year survival rate in women. Early detection and improvements in cancer treatment and supportive care have appreciably increased cancer survival rates.
