Regorafenib is an oral multikinase inhibitor that is effective in patients with colorectal cancer and gastrointestinal stromal tumours. Through direct and indirect mechanisms, regorafenib inhibits tumour angiogenesis and growth by inhibiting VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3, and relevant kinases (RET, Raf, PDGFR, and KIT).1,2 Olivier Mir and colleagues extend the possible indications for this drug to patients with refractory sarcomas
