Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of lymphoma, comprising approximately 40% of all lymphomas. It is highly heterogeneous, with 13 subtypes now being designated as specific entities. The rest remains in the DLBCL not otherwise specified (NOS) group, which constitutes most DLBCLs.
