Any disease occurring in pregnancy creates a dilemma of treating the patient but causing potential harm to the unborn child. In the Lancet Haematology, Charlotte Maggen and colleagues describe the findings from their retrospective cohort study, which suggest that women diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma during pregnancy can be successfully treated during pregnancy with no harm to the unborn child.
