Differences in breast cancer incidence, screening, and outcomes have been reported among transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) patients compared with cisgender patients; however, outcomes data on this vulnerable population are sparse. Using the National Cancer Database (NCDB), patient sociodemographic and tumor characteristics, treatment, and overall survival (OS) were compared between TGD and cisgender patients with breast cancer.
